Attended a divine sivananda class last night. I find this genre to be most relaxing out of the three styles I practice, possibly because corpse pose frequents the practice, and we all know it's nice to lie back and close our eyes and experience the 'now'.
Am wanting to attend the sivanada teacher training in India in a couple of years when I venture to the magical country for a few months.
Start private yoga lessons in a couple of weeks. Hoping to have one once a month. Not only am I wanting to develop and deepen my practice and 'play' with some advanced asanas that we don't ususally cover in class, I'm wanting to learn the the posture and guidance from a teaching perspective. What to look for in others, modifications, how far to advance.
So much to learn and i love it.
Off to work now.
All enjoy your day.
